The 3rd Conversation is focused on bringing together disparate groups to connect as humans and explore how that relationship can be a source of power, healing, and fulfillment. In that vein, here are some items that piqued our interest or inspired us this week…


Even in a typical year, the holiday season can be stressful for many and exacerbate mental health challenges. And 2020 has been no typical year. That’s why we love these tips about simple actions we all can take to help lift our spirits. Compassion, empathy, kindness, human connection: They are all intrinsic parts of 3rd Conversation, but also our overall mental health and wellbeing.


Yes, this! ---> “When I think of my favorite patient interactions, my highlight reel consists of those experiences where I felt heard, appreciated, trusted, and I made a positive difference in a way that mattered to the patient. Building relationships and collaboratively creating health are key for ideal patient and clinician outcomes, but they take work and a step back from our fee-for-service payment structure.
